• We do not guarantee specific results or rankings

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• Payment for services rendered is still due
• Work in progress may be delivered or invoiced
• Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorenson Digital Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
